The Google Chrome profile thing is a simple and effective strategy. I can also use a second monitor to further distinguish activities. If I'm dealing with action on one screen, it's my main identity, but if I turn to the other, then I'm in my erotica persona - or whatever. Monitors are fairly cheap - cheaper than another computer, for sure - and all I need is another cable to connect it, plus telling my computer where it is physically arranged.
